About Hessam
Hessam has been a successful personal cook and party organiser in Oxfordshire since 1999; having previously spent 12 years as a fully experienced catering professional involved in all aspects of operations, sourcing, development, quality controls and purchasing for the food and wine industry.
During this period, he has cooked for a whole range of events; spanning from intimate dinner parties at home, to cooking for two Formula 1 teams and their VIP guests globally at world championship races. He has currently built an impressive portfolio of distinguished private clientele throughout the world.
